Aspire Living – Support for Adults with Disabilities in Herefordshire 

Aspire Living, part of the Thera Group, is a charity that supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, or complex health needs in Herefordshire and surrounding areas. Their goal is to help people live more independently, confidently, and safely in their communities. 

What Aspire Living Offers 

• Flexible Support 
  From just an hour a week to 24-hour care—support is tailored to each person’s needs. 

• Help with Everyday Life 
  Support with personal care, shopping, managing bills, staying healthy, and more. 

• Developing Life Skills 
  Learning to manage money, travel independently, make choices, and build confidence. 

• Housing & Living Choices 
  Help finding suitable housing, shared homes, adapting current homes, and using assistive technology. Aspire also works with Forward Housing to support independent living. 

• Social & Leisure Activities 
  Support to access hobbies, clubs, events, and community life. 

• Aspire Community Hub (Hereford) 
  A welcoming space on Canal Road where people can join in activities like crafts, music, gardening, or simply socialize.

How It Works 

• Person-Centred Planning 

  Aspire starts with a conversation about what matters to the person—goals, interests, and support needs. 

• Tailored Support Plan 

  A flexible plan is created based on individual choices and reviewed regularly to adapt to changing needs.
