Kooth is a free, safe, and anonymous online service for young people aged 11–25. It’s available across Herefordshire and Worcestershire as part of the NHS mental health services provided by the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Health and Care Trust.
Kooth offers a range of tools and support to help with emotional wellbeing, mental health challenges, and day-to-day worries — all accessible from your phone, tablet, or computer.

One-to-one counselling – chat with qualified counsellors or emotional wellbeing practitioners
Online forums – moderated discussion boards where young people can share experiences and learn from others
