Staff Governors

Staff Governors are nominated and elected by staff to serve on the Local Advisory Boards (the governing bodies set up for each individual school in the Trust).  Staff Governors are not representatives of staff or to be held to account by the Board.  Staff Governors should express their personal views and have an equal voice on the Local Advisory Board with their peers.
