Phoenix Bereavement Support 

Phoenix Bereavement Support is a Herefordshire-based service offering help to children, young people (ages 5–21), families, and professionals following a bereavement. 

They offer: 

• One-to-one counselling 

• Family support and group work 

• Help after all types of bereavement (illness, accident, sudden or expected death) 

• Support for parents/carers as well as children 

• Training and guidance for professionals to help schools and services support bereaved children 

Other Local Bereavement Services 

• Cruse Bereavement Support (Herefordshire) – confidential help for people of all ages, including children 

• St Michael’s Hospice – Me and My Grief group offering support through grief
